Dr Norman listens carefully, is considerate and kind and I trust him to look after my medical care. I think by quite a margin he's the best GP I've ever had and I've had some good ones in the past. He always goes the extra mile following things up and checking on treatment that it's working and that you are OK.

I first consulted Dr Norman in late Summer this year when I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Childs, whom I have been seeing for 40 years or so. I had a number of fairly serious health issues and he dealt with all of them in a most professional manner including referrals to two different Specialists. The health issues have required a fairly large number of consultations, some face to face and some by phone, all of which have been most efficiently effected with no excessive waiting times. He has shown interest in my conditions and acted in a thoroughly professional manner throughout. He is encouraging and I recommend him most highly.

Dr Norman personally arranged my appointment within hours on a non urgent matter when reception had told me I would have to wait at least a week. He provided careful consideration and examination of my condition, and gave me his recommendations. His manner is sympathetic and patient.

I've been seeing Dr Norman since the retirement of Dr DeBruyne about three months ago. He's kind, polite, professional and caring. It's always difficult changing doctor from someone you have seen for a long time and I was nervous but Dr Norman has been excellent so far and I've very happy that he is looking after my treatment.
